Three members of the dancing ito clan report dishonorable defeat at the hands of two members of the matrizia clan at approximately 12:20 am this evening.
F first, I was approached by a person who I thought to be a matrizia clan member in the old quincy courtyard. They declared war against us at midnight tonight. He repeatedly yelled at me, asking whether or not I was a member of the four horesemen clan (to which I replied "no, if you're matrizia you shouldn't be looking for them, they're our targets. are you a matrizia?"). He did not respond. I then ran to the plympton quincy gate, and into the street. He pursued. He fired a round and missed me as I was passing through the gate. I returned to the courtyard, fired, hit him, and called "stun."
He then pursued my two teammates, eric shearer and parker conrad, into the old quincy courtyard. I followed. At this point, a clanmate of his exited from the qube and hit my clanmate eric, declaring a kill. Then the first matrizia member pursued parker, and the second (the one I had not stunned) pursued me. I was hit by my pursuer in front of the lowest level of steps to the main (elevator) entrance of new quincy, and parker was hit immediately towards the river from the grassy sunken area in the new quincy courtyard.
The two opponents, mired in petty arrogance and their own inability to accept victory with honor, refused to identify their clan affiliation. They then reminded us that the rules require that we report our deaths immediately. We take offense at the presumption that we would not do so. The dancing itos die with honor.
Our clan has failed miserably to uphold the honor of the Shogunate.

May the honor of the Shogunate never diminish.
