A true soldier of fortune, Neil claims to be from "everywhere and nowhere." Adept at survival as a lone wolf, Neil has established a reputation as one of the hardest targets in Quincy House, employing his quick feet both to kill and to avoid being killed. He acquired a second nickname, "Death on Wheels," during his Sophomore year after a spectacular drive-by kill executed with the aid of his trusty bicycle. Neil also garnered attention that year for his speedy entrances and exits from Quincy via his first floor window.
